Cooling-off break

To update your personal information, log in to your account first. Then click your name in the top right corner and go to "Profile" or "My Details". From there, you can directly edit your name, email, and certain other details. Changing your mobile number involves an extra layer of security — you'll need to verify an OTP sent to your old number and another sent to your new number. If you no longer have access to your old number, contact us via live chat or at support@rvs.onl. Our support team will assist you after verifying your identity.

If the app won't open, start by restarting your phone and trying again. If you see a prompt to update, download the latest APK file from the official RVS site only — never from a third-party source. Uninstall the existing app before installing the new one. On iPhone or iPad, open the site in Safari and tap "Add to Home Screen" for an app-like experience with automatic updates. If clearing the cache doesn't resolve the issue, use rvs.onl directly in your browser — you'll have access to all the same features.
