By using RVS (rvs.onl), you confirm that you fully agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and RVS, so please read them carefully before you start.

This platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Minors are prohibited from opening or using an account. Proof of age may be requested at any time.

Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be closed and any accumulated bonuses will be forfeited.

Information required at registration:

• Full name (as on your National ID)
• Active mobile number
• Date of birth (for 18+ verification)
• Accepted Payment Methods

If false information is provided during registration, RVS reserves the right to permanently close the account and forfeit any deposited funds.

Account security is your responsibility:

Never share your password or login details with anyone. If you notice any unrecognised login activity, change your password immediately and notify support. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

The minimum deposit at RVS is ৳200. Deposits are usually credited instantly. If there's a delay for any reason, contact support within 24 hours.

General Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Mobile Pay and Nagad payments are typically processed within 5–30 minutes
• Bank transfers may take 1–2 business days
• Identity verification is mandatory for the first withdrawal
• Daily maximum withdrawal limit is determined by account level

All bonus wagering requirements must be met before making a withdrawal. If a withdrawal is requested before the conditions are fulfilled, only the original deposit amount may be paid out — with the bonus balance forfeited.

How wagering requirements work:

Before withdrawing a bonus, you must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times. Example: a 10× wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets.

• Certain games or categories may not contribute toward bonus wagering requirements
• Generally, you cannot claim another bonus while one is already active
• Bonuses expire automatically once the validity period ends
• Voucher codes are single-use and non-transferable

All games on RVS use third-party audited RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. This means every outcome is entirely random and independent — no one can manipulate the results.

General betting rules:

• Bets cannot be changed once confirmed
• Bets placed due to technical errors may be voided
• Match results for Sports Betting are taken from official sources
• Odds in live betting can change at any time
• RVS is not liable for any bets lost due to network issues

RVS reserves the right to investigate any unusual betting patterns. Winnings obtained by exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs will be voided.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on RVS and may result in permanent account closure and legal action:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts under the same identity
• Depositing or withdrawing using someone else's payment method
• Exploiting the bonus system to gain an unfair advantage
• Attempting to hack, crack, or tamper with the platform's software
• Using automated bots or scripts to play games
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Harassing or threatening other members

RVS is not liable for losses caused by technical errors, internet disruptions, or other such issues. However, compensation may be considered where a fault is clearly proven.

For any dispute or complaint, contact our support team first. We aim to respond within 48 hours. Most issues are resolved through direct communication.

If an issue cannot be resolved through support, a neutral third-party mediator may be sought. RVS's decision will be considered final in the absence of contrary evidence.
